Vintage-by-the-Sea began life in 2010 and in April 2023 I also opened our shop in Marske-by-the-Sea.&nbsp; I completed my Master of Arts in Antiques from the University of Central Lancashire in the UK, but my interest in antiques and collectables was influenced by my late Great Grandfather and late Great Uncle, who each enjoyed their specialisms in antique jewellery and furniture respectively. Like them, I am committed to offering value as well as quality to customers both new and old. I hope you enjoy browsing the collections of antique, vintage and retro items . 1. Overview We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange, or replacement. First visit to this wonderful treasure trove of vintage goods. Very welcoming store and a great selection of clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery and lots more. Two nicely close carparks, make it nice and easy to visit By the Sea Vintage. Make sure that you pay for your parking though.

Really good value vintage shop in the essex seaside resort. Prices much better than in london or brighton and a good range of interesting items. Met very helpful owner manager. In a street with a second hand bookshop and nice murals. A bonus pf trip to Southend.

A real vintage inspired treasure trove which captures the essence of shopping for absolute pleasure.
The lady who owns the shop was polite and friendly,which makes a huge difference for me and was lovely to my grandson who was overly enthusiastic when he came across exactly what he was looking for ( he's 10 and wanted a gift for his mum ) . There is so so much that catches your eye and it's hard to decide what to buy  . Reasonable prices and a delight to behold.

Such a great shop with fantastic items and friendly staff. The owner was lovely and knew her stuff and helping with unreachable zips.

The items were gorgeous and I walked away with two stunning dresses and was ridiculously sad to leave behind two two-piece sets that were just a tiny bit too small for me.

The store was tiny but included a huge variety of vintage items with loads of dresses and an even more broaches and Jewellry and even some decorative bits and bobs. Hats, bags and shoes were abundant and males wear covered a wall.

With lovely staff, great items and a fun atmosphere of appropriately aged music, I will definitely be returning sooner rather than later!

Clothes, bangles and bagatelles, guys and dolls and all catered for. Got a nice levi's shirt for 35 quid and a pair of ear rings for my sweetie. Lovely shop, recommended.

Late 19th Century leathet cowhide very large Gladstone bag with original central lock and brass side locks. Retains its original straps. Stamped inside Gainsbrough & Sons Middlesbrough which was a late Victorian department store in Middlesbrough. Some minor wear but no damage.  Considering its age and use it is in amazing condition.
